Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and overall financial control of the organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, financial statements, and accounting software. The candidate will work closely with management and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and financial records.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

• Prepare and review GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with auditors and statutory authorities when required.

• Monitor cash flow, expenses, receivables, and payables.

• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management review.

• Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Ensure timely closure of monthly and year-end accounts.

• Review invoices, purchase bills, sales invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.

• Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.

• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation laws, and company policies.

• Provide financial data and reports to management as required.

• Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

• Experience with accounting software such as Tally etc...

• Strong MS Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and financial reporting.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
