Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
• Maintain accurate records in Tally and MS Excel.
• Prepare and review balance sheets, ledgers, cash flow statements, and financial reports.
• Handle GST return filing, TDS, taxation, VAT/Sales Tax-related work, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare tax returns and support audit-related documentation.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and internal records.
• Monitor receivables, payables, expenses, and cash flow.
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, and other applicable laws.
• Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Support management with financial reports and accounting summaries as required.
