*Accounts Manager*

*Key Responsibilities*
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor factory accounting, inventory valuation, costing, and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits.
• Prepare budgets, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and working capital management.
• Verify vendor payments, customer collections, and expense controls.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and sales teams for financial accuracy.
• Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Key Skills Required
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience in Manufacturing Accounting and Inventory Accounting.
• Costing and stock reconciliation expertise.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reporting).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
