Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

Experience Required: 3+ Years

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to oversee our Accounts Payable (AP) end-to-end and support the core finance team in month-end closing and finalization of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

· Accounts Payable (AP) Management:

o Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices against purchase orders and GRNs.

o Maintain vendor ledgers, resolve invoice discrepancies, and track aging reports.

o Schedule timely vendor payments via NEFT/RTGS while managing cash flow.

o Ensure accurate accounting of GST (Input Tax Credit) and TDS deductions on vendor invoices.

· Finalization & Accounting Support:

o Assist in month-end and year-end closing of books.

o Prepare bank reconciliations (BRS), vendor reconciliations, and inter-company balances.

o Assist the Assistant Manager / Finance Head in compiling trial balances, balance sheets, and P&L statements.

o Maintain fixed asset registers and record depreciation entries.

· Compliance & Auditing:

o Prepare data for monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS payments/returns.

o Support internal and statutory auditors by providing required schedules, vouchers, and documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or M.Com / MBA (Finance).

· Experience:3+ years of hands-on accounting experience, with strong focus on AP and financial closing.

· Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or enterprise ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), along with intermediate to advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

· Knowledge: Sound understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, GST laws, and TDS regulations.
