·         Handling day-to-day accounts such as Cash Book, Bank Book, Journal, Sales Register, General Ledger, Import & export booking in Tally etc.

·         Bank Reconciliation/ Branch Reconciliation and Accounts Ledger Scrutiny.

·         Well versed with GST related work with reference Data Preparation work for return, Gst Payment.

·         Ensuring proper discharge of all Statutory Liabilities like TDS, P.F., Profession Tax, P.F. and ESIC and maintain records for EPF and ESIC

·          Maintaining Stock register and records etc.

·         Maintaining Attendance records and Manage Multiple facility provided to workers while computing Salary.

·         Pune Total cash Transaction Payment Handling and responsible for booking

·         Sales Invoicing Support for Pune Mumbai (E-way Bill E Invoicing daily)

·         Preparation stock statement data for submitting bank (Monthly)

·         Assisting in preparation of Trail Balance Profit and Loss account & Balance sheet.

·         Handling all Audits of the company

·         MIS Reporting.

·         Assisting in structuring and review of Accounts receivable and payable.

·         Well versed with Tally Software and Microsoft Office like Excel, word & PowerPoint

·         Analyse various heads like Sales & Expenses

·         Good Communication Skill

·         Co-ordinate with bank as and when require

·         Weekly preparing records for accounts receivable and payable

·         Maintaining scarp sale records.
