Job Opening: Senior Accountant (Stock & Reporting Focus)

Key Responsibilities We are hiring a Senior Accountant who can mainly handle Stock / Inventory Management and Monthly Reporting, along with accounting support.

✅ Stock & Inventory Management (Main Priority)

• BANANCE SHEET

• Maintain complete inward & outward stock records

• Daily stock entry, stock movement tracking

• Raw material, finished goods & packing material stock control

• Stock reconciliation (Physical stock vs System stock)

• Maintain inventory reports and stock summary

✅ Monthly Reporting (Main Priority)

• Monthly sales report, purchase report & expense report

• Outstanding payment report

• Stock report, production report & dispatch report

• Preparing management reports for decision making

✅ Accounting Support (Secondary)

• GST, invoices, ledger entries

• Bank reconciliation & payment tracking

• Vendor and customer account handling

• Skills Required Strong knowledge in Stock Management + Inventory Accounting

• Good reporting skills

• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

• Tally knowledge preferred

• Must be accurate, responsible & disciplined

Salary As per experience + interview.

• Ensure timely tax filings, computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining confidentiality.

• Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.

• Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
