SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the smooth functioning of the Accounts Department. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, TDS, taxation, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP.

• Handle sales and purchase invoices.

• Record journal entries, receipts, and payments.

• Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

• Coordinate customer and vendor payment follow-ups.

• Prepare GST returns and ensure statutory compliance.

• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and periodic reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers for accounts-related matters.

• Ensure timely completion of accounting activities and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com or relevant accounting qualification.

• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP.

• Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

• Experience in the Electronics industry will be an added advantage.

• Ability to manage accounting activities independently.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
