Data Entry & Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) into accounting software like Tally Prime, QuickBooks, or SAP.
Invoicing & Billing: Assist in preparing, issuing, and processing customer invoices and vendor bills.
Account Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify accounts payable and receivable ledgers to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Documentation & Filing: Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital records of all financial documents, including vouchers and tax records.
Compliance Support: Assist senior staff with basic taxation tasks such as GST filing, TDS calculations, and gathering documentation for audits.
Reporting Assistance: Support the preparation of monthly MIS reports, balance sheets, and income statements.
