Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounts & Finance Executive to independently manage end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in account finalization, taxation, audits, and MIS reporting, along with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Finalization of books of accounts, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and supporting schedules
• Management of GST & TDS compliance, including returns, reconciliations, and statutory filings
• Handling general ledger activities, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments
• Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow on a regular basis
• Processing sales, purchase, expense, and payment transactions accurately
• Preparation of monthly MIS reports and financial analysis for management
• Maintaining debtor and creditor records and ensuring timely follow-ups on collections
• Coordinating vendor and client payments efficiently
• Assisting in internal, statutory, and tax audits
• Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies
• Working on Tally (mandatory) and other ERP systems

🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience with Tally (mandatory)
• Proven experience in account finalization and audit coordination
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

🔹 Preferred:
• Experience in CA firms, healthcare, event management, manufacturing, or service industries
• Exposure to MIS reporting and cash flow management
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

🔹 Additional Advantage:
• Familiarity with automation tools or AI-driven solutions in accounting and finance processes will be an added advantage
