We are looking for an Sr. Accounts Executive (Female) with Fluent English Communication Skills to join our team Eurobearings India Private Limited, Gadpuri Palwal (Haryana). The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers Minimum ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month & above Depends on Interview and opportunities for professional growth.

✅ Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

1. Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries (Journal, Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Book).

• Ensure timely updating of financial transactions in accounting software.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Manage vendor payments and customer collections.

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances.

• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.

3. Bank Reconciliation:

• Perform monthly bank reconciliation statements (BRS).

• Monitor daily bank transactions and resolve discrepancies.

4. GST & Tax Compliance:

• Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and tax regulations.

• Maintain records for audits and taxation purposes.

5. MIS Reporting:

• Prepare Monthly MIS Reports.

• Analyze financial data and present reports to management.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

6. Audit Support:

• Assist internal and external auditors.

• Provide necessary financial documents during audits.

7. Communication & Coordination:

• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal departments in English.

• Draft professional emails and financial reports.

• Participate in meetings and provide financial updates when required.

8. Compliance & Documentation:

• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Accuracy in financial reporting.

• Timely submission of GST returns.

• Effective vendor payment management.

• Reduction in outstanding receivables.

• Clear and professional English communication.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation (B.Com) and 4 to 5 Years. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
