Mohta Wellness is an established organization engaged in the Ayurvedic and herbal healthcare industry, committed to delivering quality products rooted in traditional Ayurvedic knowledge and supported by modern manufacturing and quality practices.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank transactions.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances as applicable.
Perform bank, ledger, vendor, customer, and account reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, outstanding payments, and receivables.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, journal entries, and other accounting documentation.
Assist in budgeting, costing, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.
Support internal and statutory audits and ensure timely resolution of audit queries.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
10-12 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, reconciliations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
