Job Description

Senior Accounts & Finance Manager

A reputed Section 8/25 Company working in the social development sector is seeking a qualified and committed Senior Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee finance, compliance, and statutory operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing day-to-day accounting and financial operations

- Preparation of budgets, MIS reports, utilization reports, and financial statements

- Handling statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, PT, and CSR-related reporting

- Coordination with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities

- Ensuring compliance with Section 8 Company regulations and applicable laws

- Supervising accounting systems, documentation, and internal controls

Eligibility:

- Bcom /Mcom /BAF

- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience

- Strong knowledge of accounting, compliance, and financial management

- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

- Good communication and reporting skills

Location: Navi Mumbai

Salary: As per industry standards and experience
