Manage daily accounting transactions, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries, and general ledger postings.
Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime or other accounting software.
Review accounting entries, vouchers, bills, receipts, and supporting documents.
Perform bank reconciliation, cash reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and schedules.
Coordinate month-end and year-end account closing activities.
Prepare and verify monthly client invoices for security, housekeeping, and other manpower services.
Ensure invoices are raised as per approved purchase orders, work orders, contracts, and agreed billing rates.
Verify deployed manpower, attendance, overtime, weekly offs, leave replacements, and other billable components.
Track pending invoices, payment delays, short payments, deductions, and disputed bills.
Prepare client-wise outstanding and ageing reports.
Follow up with clients and internal operations teams for payment collection and billing discrepancies.
Maintain proper records of invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and payment receipts.
Skills required:
