Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Executive to join our team in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices and demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations (GST, TDS).
GST Return Filing of Form GSTR-1, GSTR-3B(Monthly/Quarterly). GST Annual Return Filing of Form GSTR-04, GSTR-09, GSTR-9C within prescribed time limit. GST Final return of Form GSTR-10.
TDS Return Filing along with Payment of TDS Challan of Form 24Q,26Q,26QB,27EQ.
Preparation of Different types of E-way bill. Preparation of Delivery Challan and GST Invoices.
Preparation of Projected B/S and P/L Account of various clients.
Preparation and filing of various E-forms required to be filed under Companies Act 2013 with MCA.
Checked the Deposits, Advances, Cash and bank balances & Term loans.
Ageing verification of Debtors and Creditors.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Advance Excel Competency is must.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in ERP software.
Salary Range: (Subject to skill level and expertise)
