Key Responsibilities -
manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial entries, statutory compliance, financial record maintenance, and production-data analysis. - Check and maintain Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Trial Balance, and Ledger Accounts. Enter and reconcile Bank Statements and Bank Transactions. Enter and reconcile Credit Card Statements and Transactions. Handle GST-related accounting and GST filing requirements. Handle TDS calculations, entries, and compliance. Perform regular Bank Reconciliation and account reconciliation. Verify accounting entries and identify discrepancies or errors. Maintain proper documentation and financial records. Prepare accounting reports and data as required by management. Analyze daily/monthly production data and prepare meaningful reports using Microsoft Excel. Use Excel for production-data analysis, reconciliation, MIS reporting, calculations, comparisons, and management reports.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting and production-data-related work.
Salary :- 30k to 40k
