Job Overview:

PlastoChem India is a leading manufacturer of plastic products, including meter boxes, tarpaulin, and triple. We are looking for a Senior Accountant to independently manage all accounting functions across both our factories. This is a hands-off role for management; you will have full responsibility for our financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory laws.

Liaise with external auditors for seamless audit processes.

Develop and enforce financial controls, policies, and procedures.

Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow, and working capital.

Use accounting software effectively (e.g., Tally, SAP).

Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

Guide and mentor junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA or Master’s preferred).

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Deep knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliance.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP).

Strong analytical skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and drive financial success in a growing company.
