JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Company: Olympic Sporting Co.
Location: Bengaluru
Department: Finance & Accounts
Position: Senior Accountant
Experience: 6+ Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and monthly closing reports.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage invoicing, payments, receipts, and vendor/customer accounts.
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and statutory audits.
• Review financial records and ensure accuracy of accounting entries.
• Guide junior accounting staff and coordinate with management on financial matters.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
