Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day

accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain accurate financial records. The role

involves financial reporting, reconciliations, finalisation of accounts, and coordination with auditors.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts

 Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements, including timely filings

 Prepare financial statements such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports

 Conduct bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations

 Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and finalisation of accounts

 Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and ensure proper

documentation

 Monitor financial transactions and ensure adherence to accounting standards and company

policies

 Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

 Keep track of updates in tax laws and regulatory changes

Required Skills & Competencies

 Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS compliance

 Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, SAP, or ERP systems)

 Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

 High level of accuracy and attention to detail

 Strong communication and coordination skills

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Finance

 CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred
