WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Location: Andheri (Sakinaka), Mumbai
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month; CTC: (₹3.0–4.2 LPA) per annum
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Working Days: Monday to Friday (full day) & Saturday (half-day)
Mandatory Skills:
Banking and Bank Reconciliation
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
GST and Composite GST
Statutory Compliance
Client Payment Follow-ups and Vendor Management
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers and journal entries.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash and bank balances.
Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and vendor reconciliations.
Track outstanding invoices and follow up with clients for payment recovery.
Prepare weekly payment ageing reports for management.
Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for GST and statutory compliance.
Handle delayed-payment escalations, including MSME Samadhaan filings wherever required.
Verify vendor and contractor bills against purchase orders and work orders.
