Job Title: Sr. Executive – Accounts & Purchase

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Executive – Accounts & Purchase with 5–7 years of experience to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, and procurement activities. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, maintain vendor relationships, and support smooth business operations through effective coordination and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
Maintain expense invoices with accurate GST and TDS details
Pass journal entries related to GST, salary, and other financial transactions
Ensure all payments are supported with proper documentation and approvals
Maintain supplier payment schedules and execute timely payments
Prepare and manage cash flow statements and balance sheets
Handle salary processing on a monthly basis
Prepare and share GST and TDS reports with CA
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and tax regulations
Conduct ledger scrutiny and reconciliation of accounts
Provide support in internal audits, including stock and voucher verification
Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports and summaries
Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality
Purchase & Procurement
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) after verifying specifications and pricing
Source, negotiate, and procure materials from local and international vendors
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve discrepancies
Track and expedite purchase orders to meet business requirements
Verify received goods against purchase orders and resolve errors
Maintain inventory records and coordinate stock availability
Analyze purchasing trends and provide insights for planning and control
Handle vendor-related issues including quality, service, and invoicing
Coordination & Operations
Coordinate with internal finance teams and other departments
Follow up with clients for payments and invoice processing
Maintain organized records and filing systems
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of tasks
Handle multiple responsibilities under pressure and meet deadlines
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping
Expertise in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Effective communication and coordination skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team
