We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Accounts for DENSAT, located at Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have 4–8 years of experience in accounts and compliance with a B.Com or M.Com qualification. The role involves maintaining accounts, handling E-Invoicing in Tally, GST/TDS returns, statutory compliances, bank reconciliation, MIS reporting, payment follow-ups, documentation, and stock maintenance. Candidates should have excellent knowledge of Tally and Excel, experience coordinating with auditors and banks, and be comfortable working independently as an individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage day-to-day accounts and financial records.
Handle E-Invoicing and accounting activities in Tally.
Manage GST, TDS and other statutory compliances and ensure timely return filing.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain required documentation and approvals.
Prepare MIS reports and handle payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with auditors and banks as required.
Handle stock maintenance and related administrative activities.
Job Requirements:
Candidates should have a B.Com or M.Com qualification with 4–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance. Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST/TDS, bank reconciliation, statutory compliance and MIS reporting is required. The candidate should be comfortable handling accounting responsibilities independently as an individual contributor.
