Senior Accountant
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, reconciliations, and compliance activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST/TDS, finalization of accounts, and ERP/accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Assist in finalization of accounts and audit processes
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants
Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Supervise junior accounting staff and review their work
Manage payroll accounting and expense verification
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com, M.Com)
MBA Finance preferred
6–10 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting standards
Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or other ERP software
Good command of MS Excel and financial reporting tools
