Location: Mayapuri, Delhi.
Candidate should have good knowledge of busy software.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and general ledger maintenance.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and other financial transactions.
Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and relevant reports.
Maintain working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements, ensuring timely filings and adherence to regulatory norms.
Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, prepare MIS reports, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Assist in preparing financial statements including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
Conduct cost analysis, variance analysis, and periodic reviews of general ledger accounts.
Support tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits, ensuring full compliance with regulations and audit requirements.
Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and manage cash flows to support business operations.
Review vendor contracts, process payments, and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies, errors, and irregularities.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary computation, statutory deductions, and timely disbursement.
Verify payments, financial data, and accounting records for accuracy and completeness.
