Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support business decision-making through accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly closing
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
Handle bank reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger scrutiny
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts
Assist in budgeting and financial planning
Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory reports
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com)
4–8 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling audits and taxation
Knowledge of ERP systems
Strong communication and coordination skills
