सीनियर अकाउंटेंट

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who has previously worked with restaurants, cloud kitchens, cafés, QSRs, or the food & beverage industry. The ideal candidate should understand restaurant accounting, inventory, GST, and vendor reconciliations, and be comfortable managing day-to-day finance operations independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally.

• Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

• Manage purchase entries, expense accounting, and payments.

• Reconcile Swiggy, Zomato, and other online sales.

• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, and financial reports.

• Coordinate with CA for audits and statutory filings.

• Track inventory valuation and food cost-related accounting.

• Ensure proper documentation and accounting controls.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.

• Prior experience in Restaurants, Cloud Kitchens, QSR, Café, Hotel, or F&B industry is mandatory.

• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Detail-oriented with good analytical and communication skills.
