Job Title: Senior Accounts Manager

Location: Dwarka Sec-9, New Delhi

Experience Required: 7–8 Years

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:-

FOSTIIMA Business School is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit coordination. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, payroll, budgeting, and financial management with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete accounting and finance operations of the institute.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.

• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and cash flow reports.

• Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax compliances.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other statutory authorities.

• Monitor fee collections, vendor payments, and expense management.

• Maintain payroll records and salary processing.

• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.

• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation.

• Supervise and guide junior accounts staff.

• Work on Tally/ERP and advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.

Required Skills-

Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Taxation.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and team management abilities.

• Ability to handle audits and financial reporting independently.

• Attention to detail and time management skills.

Qualifications:-

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.

• Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

• Experience in Educational Institute/College/School will be preferred.
