Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Accountant Executive with strong hands-on experience in accounting, GST compliance, taxation, and banking coordination, preferably from the real estate sector. The role requires accuracy, proactiveness, and the ability to manage accounts, cash flow, and statutory requirements independently while coordinating closely with CA/CS firms and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and project-wise accounting.

- Prepare and monitor cash-flow statements and budget forecasts.

- Handle GST compliance, including GST return filing and reconciliation.

- Coordinate GST & tax filings with CA firms.

- Manage bank coordination, payments, reconciliations, and documentation.

- Maintain MIS reports using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.

- Support audits, statutory reporting, and financial documentation.

- Track vendor payments, customer receipts, and outstanding balances.

- Ensure accuracy, discipline, and timely closure of accounts.

Desired Profile

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Experience: - Minimum 3–4 years, preferably in real estate accounting.

Preferred: -- Experience working with or under CA / CS firms-

- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, GST & tax filing Proactive approach with strong numerical and analytical skills.

- Excellent time management, discipline, and stress-handling ability.

- High attention to detail and accountability.
