Job Title: Experienced Accountant

Location: Near Subhash Nagar Metro Station, New Delhi

Job Description

Auslese Robotic Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced Accountant to handle daily accounting operations, taxation, and e-commerce compliance.

Important Note: Freshers will not be considered. We are looking strictly for experienced candidates who can work independently. Shortlisted candidates will have to pass a mandatory practical/trial test (Tally, Excel, and Reconciliation) during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and vouchers entry in Tally.

• Creation and management of Sale & Purchase invoices.

• End-to-end Bank Reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation.

• Handling GST compliance, monthly GSTR return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).

• E-commerce return filing, reconciliation of marketplace payments, returns, and sales reports (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

• Computation, deduction, and filing of TDS returns.

• Preparing financial reports and MIS using Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS).

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have Skills)

Candidates must have solid hands-on experience in:

• Tally Prime / ERP 9: Fast and accurate data entry and reporting.

• GST & TDS: Complete knowledge of rules, calculation, and return filing.

• Invoicing: Sale & Purchase invoice creation with proper tax tagging.

• Bank & E-commerce Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and marketplace settlements.

• Monthly Return Filing: Timely filing of statutory returns without external supervision.

• Advanced Excel: Practical command over formulas, data sorting, filters, and pivot tables.

• Experience: Minimum 1–4 years of relevant, hands-on accounting experience (preferably in trading/e-commerce).
