An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the organization's financial reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payments.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns (as applicable).
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor cash flow and maintain petty cash records.
Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and banks for payment-related matters.
Generate financial reports for management and assist in budgeting activities.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
