Senior Accountant

Location: Gorwa GIDC, Vadodara
Experience: 5–8 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, audits, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, finalization of accounts, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete accounting and bookkeeping activities.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Manage General Ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

• Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, and statutory compliance filings.

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

• Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management.

• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Financial Reporting.

• Experience in Finalization of Accounts.

• Proficiency in Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.

• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS Reporting).

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
