Role Overview -
We are looking for a Senior Accountant/ Chartered Accountant to take end-to-end ownership of financial reporting, compliance, and overall financial health of the organization. The role involves analyzing books of accounts, managing cash flow, and ensuring all statutory requirements are met while presenting a true and fair view of the company’s financial position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and review books of accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Prepare and finalize financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and provide actionable insights on the company’s financial health
• Perform variance analysis, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to improve financial performance
• Ensure end-to-end statutory compliance including GST, TDS/TCS, Income Tax, and ROC filings
• Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits while maintaining audit readiness and proper documentation
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes with adherence to timelines and accounting standards (IND AS/GAAP)
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with leadership
• Strengthen internal controls, improve financial processes, and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders for strategic decision-making
• Assist, mentor, and review the work of junior accounting staff
Experience Requirement:-
A minimum of 7 Years of relevant experience is required.
