Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to independently handle day-to-day accounting operations, taxation support, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, accuracy, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations

· Manage day-to-day accounting entries independently

· Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries

· Handle billing, invoicing, and credit/debit notes

· Maintain books of accounts as per accounting standards

Banking & Reconciliation

· Handle bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations

· Manage bank transactions and coordination

· Monitor receivables and payables

Taxation & Compliance

· Handle GST data preparation, returns, and reconciliations

· Manage TDS calculations, returns, and challans

· Coordinate with CA for statutory filings and audits

MIS & Reporting

· Prepare monthly MIS, expense reports, and financial statements

· Support budgeting and cost control activities

· Assist in internal and statutory audits

Coordination & Controls

· Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments

· Ensure compliance with company financial controls and policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

· B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred

· 2–4 years of experience in accounts & finance

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST & TDS

· Proficiency in Tally / ERP and MS Excel

· Good communication and analytical skills

Preferred Experience

· Manufacturing / Project-based accounting exposure

· Handling audits independently

· Multi-location accounts handling
