Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Senior Account Assistant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, hands-on experience with Tally, proficiency in Advanced Excel, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while ensuring timely processing of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and vouchers.
Handle bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare financial reports and MIS using Advanced Excel.
Ensure accurate data entry in Tally.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and Advanced Excel.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
