About the Job – We are looking for SAP FICO Architect. Educational Background – Any Graduate. Experience-12 + years. Location- Pune Role Overview Required Skills & Experience 12+years of strong SAP FICO functional experience Minimum 2–3 end to end implementations and multiple support/rollout projects Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial close, statutory reporting Experience working with global clients and multiple country finance requirements Exposure to taxation, external tax engines (e.g., OneSource / Sabrix) is a plus Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills Can independently own finance streams Can mentor teams and interact confidently with finance leadership Is preparing for Solution Architect / Finance Lead roles Nice to Have Experience with Fiori Finance apps Knowledge of GST / country specific tax reporting Exposure to SAP Cloud ALM, BW Finance reporting, data migration tools (LSMW, ETL) Prior experience playing Module Lead / Workstream Lead role Experience Level Senior Level
