Relationship Manager-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Marketing Branches Operations We are seeking a high-energy and self-motivated Relationship Manager – Agri-Finance to drive business in the Tractor Loans and Retail segment. The role involves sourcing working capital loans for Agri-related industries, food processing units, and MSMEs, while ensuring quality portfolio growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of local markets and customer needs. This is a field-intensive role (80% field, 20% office) requiring strong networking, negotiation, and follow-up capabilities. Candidates must be tech-savvy and committed to delivering results with speed, scale, and skill.
