Record to Report (RTR) Process Specialist

RTR Process Specialist Job Description Your Responsibilities: Prepare and review of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and other processes preformed by the RTR team to ensure these tasks are being done correctly, with proper support and per policy if applicable. Develop a process to continually audit these processes to ensure adherence to ADM standards on these tasks. Create comprehensive work instructions, and DTPs to document business processes accurately. Identify opportunities to standardize and automate highly repetitive tasks based on business priorities. Drive standardization and simplification of global RTR end-to-end processes and provide recommendations for ownership and positioning of key processes across RTR Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities. Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent work experience preferred. CA/ CMA/ ACCA qualifications are preferred Should comes with Commodity trading, Mark to Market (MTM) and Derivative accounting background. Minimum of 5 to 8 years in similar roles, preferably in a GCC environment Ability to adapt to rapid and emerging changes in the business and technological environment. Commitment to high ethical standards and personal integrity. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proven track record of successfully implementing continuous improvement initiatives and performance in complex organizations. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and motivate them towards common goals.
