We are looking for an Purchase Executive to join our client as a full time employee. Prepare and process Purchase Orders, Maintain purchase records, quotations, invoices, and vendor documents., Resolve purchase-related issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns, etc.. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Work Location: Sama, opposite to Urmi School, Vadodara

Key Responsibilities
Identify and coordinate with suppliers/vendors for required materials.
Collect and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations teams for material requirements.
Maintain purchase records, quotations, invoices, and vendor documents.
Monitor stock requirements and coordinate for timely replenishment.
Verify material quantity, specifications, and delivery details.
Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new vendors.
Resolve purchase-related issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
Prepare regular purchase reports and maintain procurement data.
Ensure purchases are made within approved budgets and company policies.
Required Skills
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Strong vendor management and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Basic knowledge of purchase and procurement processes.
Good analytical and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6 years of experience.
