We are looking for an Purchase Executive to join our team in Manufacturer and Export company of Stainless steel Product Industry . The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect rates/quotations from vendors as per material requirement.
Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) as directed.
Assist the Purchase Manager in daily purchase coordination tasks.
Maintain records of vendor quotations and PO status.
Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements.
Support in maintaining vendor database and rate contracts.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Office Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (2nd and 4th sat will be off)
