We are seeking an organised and proactive Practice Manager to coordinate staff and manage daily workflow across our law and CA practices, primarily handling income-tax matters. The role reports directly to the Proprietor / Managing Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Plan priorities and allocate work according to staff skills and workload.
Track assignments, deadlines, and progress through a central work register.
Follow up with staff and clients on pending work, documents, and approvals.
Identify delays, resolve coordination issues, and escalate urgent matters.
Ensure assignments undergo required review and are completed on time.
Provide concise progress reports and improve office procedures.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in commerce, law, management, or a related field; CA Inter is welcome.
Experience supervising staff and managing multiple client deadlines.
Familiarity with income-tax workflows.
Strong communication, organisation, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in Excel and task-tracking tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and hold staff accountable respectfully.
Technical advice and professional sign-offs remain with the designated qualified professionals.
