Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendar, meetings, and reminders.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Draft and manage emails, follow-ups, and documentation.

• Handle calls, WhatsApp communication, and scheduling.

• Assist with travel planning, task tracking, and daily operations.

• Maintain reports, files, and project updates.

• Follow up on deadlines and ensure smooth execution.

• Support social media coordination or research when needed.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication (English & Hindi).
