Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Reporting at anantam HQ, Ghitorni)

CTC: 2.64LPA to 3.12LPA

Job Summary:

As a Retail Operation Executive/ Wizapp Operator at anantam, you will play a crucial behind-the-scenes role in supporting our luxury multi-designer store operations. From product listings and barcode generation to stock management and billing, you will ensure that our system operations run seamlessly. This role is ideal for someone who is process-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

System & Software Operations:

● Operate Wizapp software for managing product listings, pricing, and inventory

● Ensure timely and accurate barcode generation and label printing for all SKUs

● Manage inward/outward entries, purchase orders, GRNs, and stock transfers

● Handle billing, returns, and customer order entries within the system

● Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, stock, GRN, etc.) for internal use

Inventory & Stock Management:

● Support store and warehouse teams in stock updates and SKU tagging

● Assist in regular stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation

● Monitor stock levels in the system and flag discrepancies proactively

● Ensure accurate reflection of physical stock in Wizapp

Operational Support:

● Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and merchandising teams to streamline processes

● Ensure data accuracy and system hygiene at all times

● Provide backend support for events, sales activations, and seasonal changes

● Report any technical issues in Wizapp and liaise with support for resolution

What We're Looking For:

● Prior experience with Wizapp inventory software in a retail setting

● Understanding of inventory flow, barcoding systems, and retail operations

● Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data entry

● High attention to detail, accuracy, and process discipline

● Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

● Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic

Bonus If You Have:

● Background in fashion/luxury retail or experience working in a multi-brand store

● Exposure to backend coordination during store events or exhibitions

● Basic understanding of retail merchandising and product lifecycle
