We are looking for a Office Admin to join our team at Omega Tech Solutions. The role involves managing office documentation and supporting day-to-day business operations related to lighting, electrical, and engineering projects. The candidate will handle invoicing, purchase orders, quotations, sales enquiries, stock management, and administrative coordination efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and other business documents. Handle sales enquiries, vendor coordination, and customer follow-ups professionally. Maintain and update stock records, purchase details, and inventory documentation. Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy access and retrieval. Ensure all office documentation remains accurate, updated, and properly maintained. Verify document accuracy, identify discrepancies, and make corrections when required. Support procurement activities including purchase browsing, vendor comparison, and order tracking. Coordinate with internal teams for project documentation and operational support. Generate reports, summaries, and documentation for management review and decision-making. Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information at all times. Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is PUC / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Administration, or related fields with 1–3 years of experience in back office operations, administration, or documentation management. Experience in lighting, electrical, engineering, or technical trading companies will be an added advantage. The role requires: Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Basic understanding of invoicing, stock handling, and purchase processes Ability to work independently and coordinate with teams effectively Candidates must be open to 6 working days per week and should possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
