NetSuite Close Management and Consolidation Consultant

NetSuite CMC Consultant NetSuite CMC Consultant1 We are currently seeking an experienced NetSuite EPM Close Management & Consolidation Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of NetSuite EPM. This role will be key in designing and deploying Close Management and Financial Consolidation capabilities, partnering with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to streamline the financial close process, improve governance, and enhance financial reporting. ​ Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of NetSuite EPM Close Management and Financial Consolidation. Gather business requirements and design close calendars, workflows, approvals, and process controls. Configure consolidation processes, including legal entity structures, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation. Develop functional design documentation and coordinate data validation, reconciliation, and testing. Support system integration with NetSuite ERP and other financial systems. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, end-user training, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with Finance teams to optimize period-end close processes and identify automation opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery within established timelines. Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer ​Required Qualifications: ​8+ years of experience in NetSuite with 3 + experience in NetSuite CMC Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field in finance and accounting. Hands-on experience implementing NetSuite EPM (Close Management and Financial Consolidation) and integrating it with NetSuite ERP. Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, and corporate accounting processes. Experience configuring close workflows, calendars, approvals, and task management. Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable functional solutions across the full implementation lifecycle. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with Accounting and Finance Transformation teams. Consulting or client-facing experience is highly preferred. Experience Level Senior Level
