The role ensures TAT adherence, process compliance, risk mitigation, and smooth coordination with Sales, Credit, Legal, Valuations, and Branch teams to enable timely disbursals. ORGANIZATIONAL CHART KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Disbursement & Operations Oversee HL & LAP disbursement process from login to payout Ensure documents are vetted as per credit policy, legal, and technical requirements. Coordinate with Sales, credit, legal, valuation, and FI teams to remove bottlenecks Achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement targets with defined TATs TAT & Efficiency Monitor and improve disbursement TAT at branch and centralized level Track daily/weekly pipeline and provide MIS to leadership Team Management Lead and mentor disbursement team across zones/branches Train teams on policy updates, system usage, and process changes Conduct regular reviews, audits, and feedback sessions Stakeholder Management Work closely with HODs of all the Dept(Sales/credit/legal/RCU/Techincal) ZH, Sales Head, Credit Head, Zonal/Branch Managers for pipeline management Coordinate with Legal, Valuation, Technical agencies for faster turnarounds Handle escalations from branches/customers and resolve with root cause analysis KEY DECISIONS TAKEN NA KEY INTERACTIONS Internal Stakeholders External Stakeholders Sales, Credit, Legal, Technical, IT, RCU and Audit DSA, Connector KEY ROLE DIMENSIONS Geographical coverage – PAN INDIA Business volume -660cr annual KEY SKILLS & BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES Deep expertise in HL & LAP products, Strong credit underwriting and risk judgment for secured retail assets. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Graduate. MBA/PGDM in Finance/Marketing preferred 14-20 years in Banks/NBFCs/HFCs with exposure to Sales + Credit + Ops Proven track record of scaling HL/LAP business with healthy portfolio
