Key Responsibilities 1. Transaction Processing Perform invoice creation and validation Execute cash application and matching Support collections follow-ups 2. Reconciliation Support Perform reconciliations between systems Identify mismatches and escalate discrepancies Maintain reconciliation documentation 3. Dispute & Query Management Support billing dispute resolution Track and close open issues 4. SOX Controls & Documentation Execute assigned control activities Maintain audit documentation 5.
