Junior Accountant
Company: Z Plus Disposable Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Kathwada GIDC, Ahmedabad
Job Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries and records.
Handle purchase, sales, payment and receipt entries.
Prepare proforma invoices, tax invoices and ledger statements.
Verify customer payments and outstanding dues.
Maintain cheque and payment records.
Coordinate with sales, production and dispatch teams for billing and documentation.
Assist in GST-related reports and documentation.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
Assist auditors with required documents and information.
Maintain inventory and purchase order records.
Perform basic MS Excel and data-entry tasks.
Requirements
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic knowledge of Tally is preferred.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in accounting work.
Salary
₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
