Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

• Prepare and record sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts, and payment vouchers.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.

• Maintain petty cash and expense records.

• Support monthly closing and financial reporting.

• Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and internal departments.

• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

• Work with Tally Prime, MS Excel, and other accounting software.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Experience with Tally Prime is preferred.

• Good analytical and numerical skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Eligibility

• Freshers with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with 02 years of accounting experience preferred.
