About Thave Group:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, billing, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, and financial records.

• Handle purchase bills, sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.

• Assist in GST-related work, including invoice verification and GST data preparation.

• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain records of bank transactions.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Track customer outstanding payments and supplier balances.

• Assist in preparing sales reports, purchase reports, and outstanding statements.

• Maintain proper documentation of expenses, receipts, and payments.

• Assist with Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software operations.

• Support the senior accountant in monthly closing and financial reporting.

• Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and operations teams regarding billing and payment records.
