Position: Junior Accountant
Industry: Visa & Immigration Consultancy

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for a Visa & Immigration Consultancy. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of Tally and basic understanding of accounting principles, invoicing, payments, and record maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
Handle cash, bank and journal entries
Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts and payment records
Maintain accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank and ledger reconciliation
Track client payments and outstanding amounts
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
Assist in GST-related accounting and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for payment and billing-related queries
Prepare basic accounting reports as required
Ensure accurate and timely updating of financial records
Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent
Freshers with good Tally knowledge can apply
0–2 years of relevant experience preferred
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates from CA Firm, Consultancy, Visa/Immigration Consultancy or Service Industry will be preferred.
Candidate should be comfortable handling routine accounting work and client payment records.
