Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant Cum Admin to support our accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge along with the ability to handle routine office administration tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries

• Prepare purchase, sales, and expense vouchers

• Handle bank reconciliation and cash book management

• Assist in GST returns, TDS compliance, and other statutory filings

• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records

• Support senior accountants in finalization of accounts

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Manage office documentation and filing systems

• Coordinate with vendors and clients for routine matters

• Handle basic office operations and administrative support

• Maintain attendance records and office supplies

• Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation

• Working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and MS Office

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Female candidate with 1–2 years of relevant experience

• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday (as per company policy)

Salary:
